Your logo in the inbox, without fighting an SVG spec

Most BIMI attempts fail on the first try — not because DNS is hard, but because the logo isn't. grimDMARC Hosted BIMI converts and validates your logo against BIMI's restricted SVG profile, guides you through the VMC decision, and hosts everything correctly — once your DMARC enforcement is actually ready for it.

The problem: a normal SVG export usually isn't a BIMI-compliant SVG

BIMI requires a restricted, security-conscious SVG profile — no scripts, no external references, no embedded raster images, and a strict square aspect ratio. A logo exported straight from Illustrator, Figma or Canva almost never meets that bar on the first attempt, and the record can be published perfectly correctly in DNS while the logo itself still fails validation silently, with no error message pointing at why.

On top of that, some mailbox providers expect a VMC — a certificate backed by an actual trademark registration — before they'll display anything at all, which is its own separate process most teams have never dealt with.

The solution: grimDMARC Hosted BIMI

Send us your logo in whatever format you have it. We convert and validate it against BIMI's actual requirements, tell you plainly whether a VMC makes sense for your situation, host the logo file over valid HTTPS, and publish the DNS record once your DMARC policy is genuinely at enforcement — not before, since a BIMI record published earlier than that simply won't do anything.
