DMARC for MSPs, Built Around How MSPs Actually Work

Add your customers. Add their domains. Manage DMARC, SPF, BIMI and MTA-STS for every one of them from a single dashboard — and pay one linear price per domain, per month.

Three steps, not four tools

No separate reporting tool, no separate BIMI vendor, no spreadsheet tracking which customer is on which plan. Just this.

1

Add a customer

Every customer is its own record — not a naming convention or a tag bolted onto a flat domain list. Add them one at a time, or bring 50–100+ in with a single CSV import, with fuzzy matching and duplicate detection built in.

2

Add their domains

Each domain belongs to a customer, which belongs to your account. The moment it's added, it's scanned — so you know its DMARC, SPF and transport security posture before you've done anything else with it.

3

Manage everything, from one login

Hosted DMARC, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT and BIMI are live today, for every customer's every domain, from the same dashboard. Hosted SPF is next.

One number, not a pricing page

€9 per active domain, per month

Not per seat. Not per customer. Not a tier you have to upgrade out of to unlock the service your customer actually needs. Ten domains costs 10x one. A hundred costs 100x. If you can count your customers' domains, you already know your bill.

Why MSPs choose grimDMARC

Most DMARC tools were built for a single domain first, with MSP support added later. grimDMARC started from the MSP workflow.

Built customer-first, not bolted on

The data model is MSP → Customer → Domain → Services from day one, not a flat domain list with tags standing in for real customer records.

Bulk onboarding that skips the sales call

A CSV import takes 50–100+ customers and domains from a spreadsheet into staged, reviewable records in one pass — self-serve, not gated behind a plan tier.

A dashboard that tells you what's wrong

The Action Center surfaces what's broken and who's affected first, instead of a wall of compliance-percentage charts nobody has time to interpret.

Every service, one login

DMARC, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT and BIMI are managed from the same dashboard today, not four separate tools with four separate bills.

EU infrastructure, GDPR by default

grimDMARC is built by a Swedish company on EU-based infrastructure — GDPR is the starting point, not an add-on you negotiate for.

Frequently asked questions

Is grimDMARC an MSP-only product?

No — the platform works for a single domain too. But its object model (MSP → Customer → Domain → Services) and its bulk CSV onboarding are built for the workflow of managing many customers' domains at once, which is where it differs most from single-domain-first tools.

How much does grimDMARC cost?

Launch pricing is €9 per active domain per month, with no credit card required to get started. See the pricing section on the homepage for current details.

Does grimDMARC support SPF, BIMI and MTA-STS, not just DMARC?

Where is grimDMARC's data hosted?

grimDMARC is built by a Swedish company on EU-based infrastructure, with GDPR compliance as a default rather than an add-on. See the Privacy Policy for the current list of processors.
